Ready to Get Started?

We are thrilled to have your family join NuMoola’s community of users. Here are the next steps to get started.

Step 1: Download the App

To download NuMoola, visit the Apple App Store on your phone and search NuMoola.

Step 2: Set Up Your Account

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will need to set up your profile. To get started, open the app and select “Sign-Up”. You can add a profile picture, update your personal information, and customize your preferences. Having a complete profile will help us provide you with a better user experience.

Step 3: Add Kid(s) to Your Family

Adding kids to your family will allow you to have the full experience to the NuMoola. Kids will have the opportunity to learn about financial literacy in a fun and engaging way! Download NuMoola to start the parental and kids’ functions now.

Step 4: Set Up Banking

To connect a funding source to the app, select My Wallet > Funding Sources > and choose to either Link Bank Account or Debit Card. Once completed, you can start to contribute to a kid’s saving and spending goals!

Step 5: Invite Extended Family

Parents are not the only people who can contribute to a kid’s financial future. Invite extended family members to your family so they can start to make contributions as well! This can be done via SMS, email, or QR code.

Step 6: Explore the App

Now that you have confirmed your email address, you can log in to the app and explore all of its features. Take some time to navigate around and get familiar with the interface. If you have any questions, please refer to our FAQ section or contact our team.

Step 7: Follow Us on Social Media

NuMoola is active on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. By following us on social media, not only will you stay in the know on upcoming releases, but you’ll see engaging, educational content for you and your family.
